Senior Sales Account Executive
ROI Media Direct, a highly targeted full-service agency with offices in San Diego and Newport Beach, is looking for that rare sales candidate to join our team in Southern California. ROI is widely recognized as the leader in celebrity, host and athlete endorsements using direct/brand response on radio and TV.
The ideal candidate will have Radio/TV sales experience in a large market. You will need to demonstrate how you grew your business through prospecting and ultimately delivering results to your clients. The following skills are required for this position at ROI Media Direct:
- Prospecting skills-demonstrated success at developing and managing new accounts.
- A strong knowledge of media and demonstrated client success.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team as ROI Media Direct is a collaborative agency both internally and with our growing list of clients.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both orally and written.
- A very strong work ethic and desire to win!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BA/BS with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of National and or local selling experience in Radio/TV.
- Experience in selling personality endorsements a plus!
- Demonstrated success in new business development.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and grow as a professional.
